The release provides semantic headings, one H1 per page, skip navigation, labeled fields, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, descriptive links, responsive layouts, table headers, accessible comparison status, and reduced dependence on JavaScript for core editorial content.
Calculators and dynamic content
Calculator inputs have visible labels, results use live or nearby text regions, and no result depends on color alone. The lender finder can be used with standard form controls. School autocomplete supports arrow keys, Enter, and Escape.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering and editorial requirement. New content and tools are checked for keyboard use, semantics, contrast, zoom, mobile layout, and readable error states before release.
