When disabled, provider handoffs can still be counted as limited aggregate events, but College Loan Finder does not set attribution cookies or store the keyed client hash. A Global Privacy Control signal receives the same limited treatment automatically.
Calculators are unaffected.
Funding-gap, loan-cost, four-year, offer-comparison, and school-search inputs remain in the browser whether attribution is enabled or disabled.
